Tier 1: Foundations Workshop
Best entry point for individual schools
A practical half-day or full-day workshop focused on the two challenges new teachers face most: classroom management and student engagement. Every strategy is immediately applicable, and teachers leave with a toolkit they can use the next day.

- Half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) format
- Available on-site or virtually
- Designed for new teachers in years 1 and 2

Tier 2: New Teacher Coaching Program
Best for schools with 5 or more new teachers
A 90-day coaching engagement that begins with a developmental assessment of each teacher. We identify where each teacher is in the Clearpath Framework, build their experience around what they actually need, and equip them with tools to keep growing well beyond the engagement.
What's included:
- 90-day structured engagement
- Pre-assessment and stage placement for each teacher
- Workshops 1 and 2 (Virtual or On-Site)
- Weekly coaching sessions throughout
- Video recording and reflection with written coach feedback
- Digital resource library access
- 90-day progress report for school and district leadership
Tier 3: District Partnership
Best for districts ready to build a retention-ready system
A full-year retainer that embeds the Clearpath Framework into your district's new teacher induction and retention strategy. This is not a vendor relationship — it is a partnership. We work alongside your team, your instructional leaders, and your new teachers to build something that lasts.
